- Log in to the National Government Services Platform through the National Single Sign-On.
- Enter your personal information, including your mobile number and email address.
- Select the platform related to the report.
- Select the service related to the report.
- Add a title and description for the report, then submit the request.
- You will receive an SMS containing the report number.
- You will receive a notification from Amer Center confirming that the report has been directed to the government entity that owns the platform.
- You will receive a notification after the report has been processed.
