Al Jouf Municipality confirms its keenness to achieve customer satisfaction by making the municipality's external portal and electronic services available at all times as a maximum for them. Here we provide a list of the external portal services and electronic services that have committed to these standards, along with the maximum time for service delivery, noting that this time does not include completing missing information if the client does not provide all required information, nor does it include the time taken to process transactions by a third party such as other government agencies if the nature of the transactions requires that. All electronic services will be added gradually to this list.
